Biography

My name is Lauren Gardiner and I am honored to serve as the new principal of Alternative School's, Oasis and Ivy High Schools.   I am fortunate to have served as a member of Fallbrook Union High School District for the past few years. Previously, I served Fallbrook Union High School as the Assistant Principal and Activities Director. I started my educational career as an English teacher in Capistrano Unified School District, where I also served as an administrator and Activities Director.  My journey took me to Columbus Ohio, where I married my husband, Jeff, and had two beautiful children.  During my time in Ohio, I served as an Assistant Principal at Fort Hayes Arts and Academic High School, and then as the Supervisor of the Fort Hayes Career Center. Additionally, I am a proud graduate from San Diego State University with a BA  in English (emphasis in education) and received my Master in Educational Leadership from California State University, Fullerton. I am excited that my journey brought my family back to Southern California and I can't wait to continue to share my experience and passion for education to support the Fallbrook Community.
