My name is Lauren Gardiner and I am honored to serve as the principal of Alternative School's; Oasis High School and Ivy High Schools.   I am fortunate to have served as a member of Fallbrook Union High School District for the past few years. Previously, I served Fallbrook Union High School as the Assistant Principal and Activities Director. I started my educational career as an English teacher in Capistrano Unified School District, where I also served as an administrator and Activities Director.  My journey took me to Columbus Ohio, where I married my husband, Jeff, and had two beautiful children.  During my time in Ohio, I served as an Assistant Principal at Fort Hayes Arts and Academic High School, and then as the Supervisor of the Fort Hayes Career Center. Additionally, I am a proud graduate from San Diego State University with a BA  in English (emphasis in education) and received my Master in Educational Leadership from California State University, Fullerton. It is privilege to be able to serve these two amazing should and Fallbrook Union High School District.
