This is my 2nd year teaching at Ivy High School. Last year, I taught 10th-12th grade English/ERWC. This year I am teaching 11th grade English/ERWC and 12th grade ERWC. I received a BA in English from San Diego State University in 2005. Two years later, I received my teaching credential in English/Language Arts. I'm entering my 12th year of teaching this year. I have taught English/Language Arts mostly at middle schools and high schools in my 11 years of teaching.

Mr. Keener has taught Mathematics at Ivy HIgh School since 2011. He appreciates the smaller class sizes and the staff's focus on the students, as well as being able to work with motivated students towards graduation and their post-secondary goals. Prior to coming to Ivy High School, Mr. Keener graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy from Cal State Long Beach and taught 8th grade Algebra for five years. His philosophy on Mathematics is that it is, as Galileo said, a language which can be used to describe and understand the universe. While much different than other languages and sometimes difficult to learn, it is an invaluable tool for students to understand and navigate the world.

2020 is my 27th year of teaching! I started teaching in 1993 in Los Angeles with the LAUSD. Seeking to improve our quality of life, my husband and I moved our family to Oceanside in 2007. I have taught at Ivy High School since 2007. I have a Social Science and English teaching credential. This year I am teaching all social science classes: World history, American history, Economics, and Government. Sometimes I teach English, but to be honest my favorite classes are always my social science classes.

Hi, my name is Mr. Camacho and I have been teaching at the Fallbrook Union High School District for 21 years. My first 16 years I taught full time at FHS but the 2020-2021 school year was my first year full time at Ivy HS. I have taught many subjects over the years but my main subject area is Math. I am a Cal Poly San Luis Obispo graduate and love to go back to the Central Coast as much as possible. In my spare I enjoy fishing, traveling and working on my classic cars. I also look forward to coaching more youth baseball programs in the future.
